The Gingham Dog and the Calico Cat (on Blue Table), Ultra Excellent Old Naive Graphite and Crayon Drawing

I'm not sure I could be much more delighted by a drawing than I am by this one, with "Gingham Dog" and "Calico Cat" perched side by side on this tall blue table in all of their pattered glory!  Whether 12:30 or 6 pm I am not sure, but there's a fire in the fireplace and all seems well in their world. Great details and more pattern everywhere around them. And what a funny big round smiling face sitting on the mantle! 

9" x 6". Very good condition, clean and crisp. Graphite and crayon on cream construction type paper. Earlyish 20th century I believe.
