I love this thing. Cocomalt was a powdered drink additive, like Ovaltine, that was marketed as a healthy and also delicious way to add nutrients to milk. Someone, probably in the 1950s or so, turned this Cocomalt can into a magnifying glass Works great, and it's a very fun one to use--with considerable heft, hard to lose track of! Perfect for the desk--and seems quite indestructible. Heavy glass at either end.
4 3/8" t x 3 9/16" d, weighs just a little shy of 2 pounds, very sound and sturdy!
