Young Woman Juggling, Poignant Early 20th C. Snapshot

I really love this little photo for many reasons, not least of which is that a of course women were born to juggle! I especially like the awkward cropping, her raised hand partially out of the frame, as if keeping one pin forever in the air. And such a beautiful face, looking proud and a bit defiant, and with a nice shadow too. Plus that triangular sliver of wallpaper showing from the room behind, exposing, or amplifying, the make shift construction of the set up.
