One of my very favorite things found at Brimfield—beautifully crafted, marvelously graphic, and really, I think, quite a perfect thing. Concentric grooves were carved into the wood, into which strips of cut tin, with folded over top edges, were laid, creating a labyrinth for a marble to make its way through with the aim of reaching the center. And what a satisfying destination, with welded "roof" and open door on one side. Just lovely. Early 20th c. I would guess, super sturdy, great patina, perfect.
