Wonderful Child's Watercolor of Boy and Blue Animal on Raft with Tiny Wood Choppers on Shore

So much life in this watercolor, it might just be my favorite find of the week!I assume it's a big dog that accompanies our boy with double headed axe on his raft as he sails down the river, though those black ears look rather like horns! I love that it is blue, whatever the case, and especially love the three little figures left ashore, who seem to hold axes as well, so perhaps were coworkers from whom our boy is fleeing--they sure seem far away now! A portrait of setting off on one's own if ever I saw one. Love. 

10 13/16" x8 3/4" and in very good condition. The far right side is folded over just a hair.
