Woman with Fan and Bustle, 1886 Signed Ink Drawing, Mounted as Found

Dressed for the opera it would appear, fascinator on her head and fan dangling from one gloved finger. I love her in all of her finery, finely rendered in black ink. Makes me think a bit of Aubrey Beardley's women from the same era. Signed E.Miller (I believe that is an E) and dated Feb. 86 at lower left.

5 1/2" x 3 1/2". Good condition, mounted to backing paper, as found, with a few scattered small stains/toning and a bit of glue stain at top left corner where mounted.
