SOLD Woman at Piano in Parlor, Naive Old Pencil Drawing

Regular price $20.00

Whoever drew this one, 100+ years ago or so I'd think, made a valiant attempt at perspective, but happily didn't quite get it right! I love the scattering of lonely chairs throughout the room, and the funny short doors (I guess they are...), and all of the pictures hanging from long wires on the wall. And then our lady, at her piano, anchoring  it, such that all of this empty furniture takes on the character of captive audience!

5 3/4” x 3 7/8”  and in very good condition, with a near old fold line down the center, but lying flat now.
