Because I can never resist a good tabletop chair, and because I really like the form of this one. Carved of one piece of wood, I'd guess it dates to the 1940s or so. Original white paint, with just very minor loss in a few spots. There are a couple of hairline cracks, top back and left front of seat, which do not have structural impact; it is quite sturdy and sound.
6 7/16 x 4 1/4 x 4 1/8 d and in overall very food condition, with one split as noted above.
