I found this one at Brimfield, and learned the name of the illustrator who did it, which I promptly forgot! It was someone known, though, and has the feel of a New Yorker cartoon to me, perhaps just in wait of the perfect caption! Great from cap to shoes I think, especially all that ink drawn pattern, and seems like a nice one to hang either in the dressing room, to inspire efforts toward dapperness, or near the front door to inspire preparedness for the day!
9 7/8" x 9 3/8", black ink on board. With a bit of white correction fluid around the eyes and on the shoes, which I personally like seeing; two pasted crop mark indicators, and a small tear to the surface of the board at lower left.
