Very Sweet Old Quilted Cat Pot Holder with Hand-drawn Face and Bow

Love at first sight with this kitty--great fabric, great hand-drawn face and bow and front paws (I've seem ink stamped examples  of these but this appears hand-drawn in black ink, surely washed more than a few times since, such that it has softened in a perfect way) and looks to me as the quilting in white cotton thread was stitched by hand.  Charmer. 

 8 3/8" tall n/a hanging loop x 5 3/4" w. Good condition, with a little fraying to the hanging loop and edging, but all seams holding just fine and not at all fragile. C. 1940s I would guess.
