I always have an eye out for good model totem poles, Native American and otherwise, this obviously the former, Northwest Coast. Very nicely caved, with great warm patina to the pine and terrific color to the paint, I believe it likely dates to the 1940s or so, and represents an eagle on top and bear on the bottom.
8 5/8” t x 6” across at wings x 2” d (base) and in good condition. There is a patch of loss the bark on the base, which can be rotated in relation to the pole. The wings fold closed for easy travel.
