Sweet Early Tin Toy Rattle and Whistle Combo with Porcelain Tip

An especially nice early one, with embossed flowers on the faces of the rattle and a flower and vine pattern around the pink painted perimeter. And it is a whistle too--which works by blowing over the hole in the handle as if a flute, with the sound of the whistle coming out the end of the porcelain tip.  Late 19th/very early 20th c. I believe, very good condition.

6" l x 1 13/16" diameter x 1 1/16" deep.
