A sweet little carved dog, and a fun one to pose; I especially like him in mid-stride position, looking sprightly and as if on an important mission! Quite nicely constructed, with a full range of motion to those four legs, and head and tail moving too. Stands and sits up on his own, with a nice warm patina..
3 1/2” t x 5 1/4 l x 1 5/16” w and in good condition. There is a small hole is his back; perhaps there was once a dowel that fit into that hole in order to walk him along like a jig doll.
