Like a Froebel kindergarten weaving, but functional, holding an old whisk broom at the ready on the wall. Perhaps an old boy/girl scout or 4H project, I'm not sure, but rather transcendent I think--and the old handmade whisk broom with wire wrapped handle is itself a beautiful thing. A good and happy thing, and still a useful one, too. C. 1930s-40s I'd guess, and the whisk broom older than that.
Overall: 7 1/4" x 5 3/8". All in good shape.
