This house I found along with the pair I just listed, but as the the scale of its platform is a bit different, making it feel part of a different neighborhood, I'm listing it separately. I do believe it was likely made by the same person, but with thicker wood for the base and thinner paint/stain giving on orange color to the exterior of the house--with a matching orange walkway making its way to what I take for a sidewalk. I do believe I will never tire of little tabletop scale houses like this, in their wide array of very singular variation.
6 3/4" d x 5 1/16" w x 4 1/4" t and in good condition, sturdy and solid. 1930s or so, I believe.
