Just the sort of old folk art watercolor drawing I love, this I believe dating to the earlier 19th century, with the manner of the rendering of the trees reminding me of early American folk art mourning portraits (standing alongside Weeping Willows) and the grass does too, a dense field of individually drawn lines. A portrait of a specific place for certain, likely the maker's own home, drawn with care, blue sky overhead. Found in, and I believe of, New England.
9" x 7 1/8" framed. Framed as found, in 19th century wooden frame in mustard and black paint with original glass with wood back. All in very good condition, with hanging loop at top of frame.
