This trio! I was very pleased to have a dealer in my neck of the woods set this one aside for me, thinking it might be up my alley--indeed he was right, love at first sight. I don't know enough to say whether these three were occultists of some variety or just playing dress up, but they do look quite serious about it, the woman at center definitely has the air/aura of a seer, and the man at right looks as though he might have been having an otherworldly vision at this very moment! And what marvelous star and crescent moon crowns, and dresses, the woman at center's dotted with playing cards all over. With the perfect wallpaper behind them. Wonderful.
Behind glass in antique frame as found: 7 7/8" x 5 7/8". Photo 7 1/8" x 5 3/16". Photo on what I believe is original mount, trimmed down to match edges of photo. In very good condition, no ripples, abrasions, or other issues.
