Just about the best face I think I've ever seen on a folk art Felix, which I can't look at without thinking of a plate of fried eggs! Found in New Hampshire, 1940s or so I'd think, and likely once with a door stop attached, but that, and the left side of his base, are gone. It doesn't much bother me (and one could easily repaint the side edge black) since all eyes are on those eyes and mouth!
11 1/8" t x 4 3/8" w x 1/2" d. Apart from the loss at left bottom edge, in very good condition, with nice aging to that white and yellow paint.
