I love this, tiny but terrific! Late 19th or very early 20th century and British I believe, it's a miniature treen bottle, which I believe was an advertising give away from a liquor company, containing three bone dice inside which would be used for the popular European game 421 (google it to find the rules). I can't quite read it but there is text on one side in the format of a liquor label; I believe I see the words "Queen" and "Whiskey"!
I've learned these are quite the little collectibles! Overall in very good condition, with one chip to the inside lip, not visible when closed. 3" tall x 3/4" diameter.
