Miniature 19th C. Naive Watercolor of Bella and Marion

This is tiny, just 2 1/4 inches tall, but what a lot of character is packed into it! I'm not sure who is Bella and who is Marion (who care noted on the reverse), but what a sweet pair, looking as if heading off somewhere together, the leader's extended arm ushering the way--and her flowery hat making one think it must be somewhere festive!

2 1/4" x 1 3/4", pencil and watercolor on heavyweight paper, unevenly trimmed but in. very good condition.
