Just a terrific pitcher or coffee pot, with a great silhouette and wonderful surface decoration rendered in a few shades of lighter brown plus a couple of spots of deep red at the center of what look little suns or flowers. Elegant and cheerful both, and also decidedly mid-century, this would be great on the table year round as well as on the sideboard filled with flowers. I am not certain of the maker but believe it to be Scandanavian; there appears to be a black mark on the bottom but I cannot make it out against the dark brown.
In excellent condition, it measures 8 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" across at widest; 3 3/4" across at base.
