Another today by a young Laverne Lovell, from a handful by her I plucked from a much larger stack (her entire oeuvre of schoolwork I think!) at Brimfield. I love the combination of the mimeographed test and Laverne's illustrations here (especially her depiction of "Happy" as he looks up at the tree, with "Spot" perched atop it like the star on a Christmas tree!) And then the 100 in red pencil the perfect addition.
8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Good condition, with some scattered smudges and stains and irregular top edge, all very much of a piece with it.
