Apt feeling and most welcome in these seemingly rudderless times! This sign would have been hung on a boat, noting the specific angle degrees at which to set the rudder for turning, from standard to full to hard (maximum), hard being primarily used for emergencies, like avoiding collision. Time to use the hard rudder I'd say. You know I really love things like this, intended for one specific purpose but resonant out of context, and this one could be good hung in all sorts of places.
