Another love at first sight soul for me, this one, with these great protruding ears and open face and head that looks as though wrapped in a bandage, just right in combination with his pajama like outfit. My guess is that he's southeast asian, perhaps specifically Indonesian in the tradition of Toraja "tau-tau" effigy figures of South Sulawesi. Whatever the case, certainly he carries a lot of life in him. C. mid 20th century I would guess.
7 3/4" t x 2 1/2" w. Good condition. His arms move a bit, and his legs a little too, but I have not tried to disrobe him to investigate his construction! He will stand if balanced on a flat surface, though may be best with a bit of support to lean against.
