House with Twelve Windows, 1880s Pennsylvania Ledger Drawing on Laid

I love a house drawing and I love this one, 1880s, from a ledger found in Pennsylvania. Drawn in black ink, free hand, and just my sort of combination of precision and wonkiness, with the second row of six windows marching downhill just a bit, as do the two sets of double horizontal (almost) lines below them. But then this very painstakingly rendered fence, each post attended to. Ernest and charming. On laid paper.

9 3/4" x 7 1/4". One crease to the paper above the house, and toning along the bottom edge of the paper, both as visible. Otherwise very good, crisp condition.
