Graceful, Gestural Whittled Form/Figure

Just a little thing, but I think it's so lovely, like a whittled abstraction of a long limbed modern dancer. I don't know anything of who made it or when, but I sure love the effect of the patch of bark left untouched, as if minimally clothing a figure who reaches out from center in every direction.

5 1/2" longest x 4" wide measured on the square. Very good condition.
