This super sculptural, beautiful old handmade boat could use a proper stand, though I might just find a good spot to lean it. For me, it’s pure gorgeousness—first in terms of the structure, with this elegantly shaped, partially hollowed out hull, and then nailed on keel underneath with great lead weight nailed on top of that; and second in terms of surface, with alligatoring creamy white paint at either end and delicious salmony red at center and underneath. Total yum.
15 11/16” long x 4 3/16" wide x 5 7/8” tall. It will stand on end if learned against a wall or something, and could probably also be hung horizontally with a little effort. It’s in very good structural shape and the surface/color truly are spectacular.
