One final book for the week, as it seemed like a nice idea to end encouraging good behavior! In addition to including lots of behavioral instruction--some of it well worth heeding still, some happily outmoded--as well as Thomas Jefferson's 10 rules as an appendix ("#1. Take things always by the smooth handle"), what I especially love about this are the doodles at either end, which seem directly counter to the sort of behavior being proscribed!
