I like the subtly melancholic feeling about this sweet oil on board painting of a vase of flowers, with the taupe-ish ground lending some moodiness to what looks to me like an arrangement of chrysanthemums and eucalyptus. Paintings like this make me imagine a whole room devoted to naive paintings of vases of flowers; a very nice thing to fill a room with, and never to wilt!
