Among my very favorite folk art pieces of tabletop architecture I've had, which is saying a lot! It's just the right scale at a little over a foot across, and a wonderful balance of stately elegance and folky charm, with great clean lines that are just off here and there. Terrific old creamy white paint with a dark green roof and awning extending over the first level front. Best of all I think these two half-round side rooms with double windows extending at either side. 1930s or so I believe, all tin, sturdy and sound, clean inside, even better in person. Great.
12 3/8” w x 7 7/8” x 8 3/8” t and in very good condition. Minor paint loss and minor rust here and there.
