Excellent Paper Cut Rooster Mounted to Construction Paper

Just about as perfectly rendered rooster as I've ever seen, which I might hang near the bed--or coffee maker--to be greeted by first thing in the morning, with those lightening like spikes of feathers surely imparting a jolt of energy! Cut white paper mounted to blue construction paper, c. 1940s or so, I'd guess. Super graphic and I think really rather transcendent of its humble materiality.

12" x 9". A small tear along right edge as documented and small losses at corners and along bottom edge.
