I didn't know if when I found this but Evelyn Poolheco was/is a well recognized Hopi-Tewa potter (of the Spider clan) from the First Mesa Tewa Village at Hopi, prolific from c. 1960-1980. A lovely, elegant example here with hand-painted black wave design around the exterior perimeter and orange painted interior.
4" d x 2" t. Beautiful condition, reads very crisp and bright. Just the most minor of orange paint wear around the lip and one tiny flea bight to interior rim as documented in last photo.
