Another folk art model house found in PA--and again, what a lot of effort went into this one--to the point of obsessiveness I'd say! With a wooden structure visible from underneath and ornamentation/details I'd guess done mostly in balsa wood and assorted scraps, plus film behind all of those windows. Bright yellow, with hand-painted details everywhere. Pretty amazing. C. 1930s-40s I would guess.
11 1/8" l x 6" w x 4 1/2" tall. Very good condition, no losses or issues at all that I can see. Light in weight.
