This one I found in Pennsylvania and find super curious. The painting on the front has a Southwestern flavor, and then on both sides are what look striped sleeved arms ending in hands with pink painted fingernails..but which one also could perhaps instead take for flowering cacti! And then on the back, two stylized bird with pin pricked outlines that feel very Pennsylvania, making this feel like quite a hybrid thing. 1940s I would think, though perhaps a little earlier, and one of my new favorite things.
6 1/8” x 3” x 3” and in good condition, with some fading to the paint on one side and on the back, which I think just makes it all the more interesting. There is a bit of loss at the top of the hanger; it will still hang from a nail, I just wouldn't fill it with anything heavy, or one could add a small sawtooth hanger to the back .
