Crazy Folk Art Black Cat on Post

I think someone had a lot of fun making this crazy cat, perhaps for Halloween given the huge orange bow, which is quite a thing in combo with pink ears, green eyes, and I am not sure what the yellow is next to its tail! Attached to a metal post, so easy to stick in the lawn for Halloween, or anytime, but I might make it a housecat to have its company all the time!

Cat is 16 1/8" tall; 23 3/4" tall including post. 11" wide, 7/16" thick. Very good vintage condition.
