If I didn't know better, I might think this fabulous woman in pink pillbox hat with yellow pompom was Jackie Kennedy--but the postcard, which appears to have been mailed from Vienna to Davos-Platz in Switzerland in 1907, predates Jackie's look by nearly 60 years. I can't quite translate the text, but might guess that the drawing is a portrait of the recipient and the object of Raoul S's affection, and I do think he must have been quite pleased with it, initialing it at right.
3 1/2" x 5 1/2" and in very good condition - super bright and crisp and absolutely frame-worthy.
