This is the second set I've had of late 19th/early 20th century domino playing cards produced by Charles Goodall & Son of London--though the other set was glossy with yellow borders, while these are matte, with very pretty blue backs, and I think may be the older of the two. I think they're just gorgeous, and I know pretty rare--and this set is really in excellent condition. They fit snugly in their original box, small enough to put in any pocket for play on the go. I especially love how each card features a mini version of itself in the far corners.
Cards measure approx 2 5/16" x 1 3/8" each. Box shows wear and staining, but in good structural shape.
