A lovely, happy thing, surely made as a token of love or friendship, with this pair of crossed bluebirds over blue heart suggesting a very "true blue" bond. And then an embossed foil die cut that looks to me like a boy pouring oil into a lantern, so, one presumes, to keep the flame forever burning. And a harp and horns, too! All wrapped up in a watercolored flowering garland. True love forever, so nice.
Framed, as found, in a period frame. 3rd quarter 19th c. I would guess. 10 7/8" x 8 1/2"; paper size 9 1/2" x 7 3/8". Good condition, with a few stains and a couple of small tears to the paper.
