Big Attitude, Man on the Street in Robe with Pipe and Spectators, Fun Little Vintage Snapshot

This guy seems to me to have a bit of Truman Capote about him--and looks to be gathering some attention on the sidewalk, so have to imagine he was someone, or a Ieast someone assuming the attitude of a someone, and welcoming whatever attention might be bestowed! Fun.

2 1/2" x 2 1/2" One stain--looks perhaps like a smoke/fire stain from his pipe!--at bottom center, all of a piece with it.
