Give me pips over face cards any day, especially when they are beautiful as these. This small assortment are strays from a c. 1830 British deck produced Hunt & Sons--stencil painted, square corned cards on super thick (cardboard weight) stock with no indices and all the pips all pointing in one direction. Just lovely things.
3 11/16" x 2 1/2". Some ingrained dirt, scattered stains and age toning as pictured but really great looking still and with no folds or tears.
