Just a sweet old needlepoint of two children and a dog--her looking Dutch or German in her dress and bonnet, him rather French in his beret-like cap, but both lavishing their attention on this pup! Someone recently basted it onto a piece of canvas to protect it, from which it could be removed with a couple of snips.
Needlepoint measures 9 1/4" x 7 1/2". As basted: 11" x 10". Some losses to the needlepoint as evident, but clean and stable and which I'd be inclined to pop in a frame.
