$895 Section Black on White Old Painted Wooden Sign

I love the idea of a $895 section somewhere, and as this is quite an old sign, it must have labeled something of great value--perhaps a portion of a property for sale, or an early lot of cars? Now, it seems it would be be fun to incorporate into a salon style hanging of artwork, or cheekily on the wall of a shop (or usefully, should one be so lucky as to have lots of things in the $900 range:)) And hard to beat the great surface and super inky black against creamy white, just beautiful.

11 3/4" x 8 3/4" x 7/8".  Paint loss, scrapes, rings and a little cracking here and there, all to the good I think. The surface has worn soft and smooth, and the surface of the back is pretty gorgeous too. There are three old screw holes down the center.
