I always pick these up when I find them, to my eye just about the best package design ever. 1930s/40s, made by Flash Chemical Co. in Cambridge, MA for use "when all soaps fail." This is a 3 pound size can, I believe the largest that was made.
4 7/8" t x 4 1/4" in diameter. Some rusting to the surface on the back side and underside of of the can, and whitening/fading to the lid, perhaps from the cleaner doing its work! Lid comes off easily but fits tight, and interior is clean.
