I think these are really lovely, and love both the individual birds featured on them, and the poetic names of the categories into which they are divided, including "Pigeon Tribe" and "Honey Eaters." And, with a corresponding text card for each bird, it is quite an educational deck, too. The instructions included are--along with the original box--partial, but essentially it is the same as rummy, though one could also certainly use the deck to quiz a partner, or oneself, on bird facts!
Cards measure approx 4" x 2 3/4" and are in generally good condition, with no tears or losses, just general wear. Box shows losses to sides and top, but is enough of a thing to hold them together, and shows the original label.
