Something about the bright yellow stenciled Bear, Bob Cat, Lion and Wolf against bold blue on this one won my heart--including for leaving one to imagine the snouts of their faces poking through the holes. I have to think it was a scout who made it--placing themselves right at the center--mid 20th c. or so. Tis almost the season for backyard games and this one is ready to go (just need some balls or beanbags). But fun hung on the wall the rest of the time, perhaps in the room of a kid dreaming of hunting wild animals!
20" x 20", with leg extending 20" back. Good condition, with some surface cracking on the green painted reverse side and one small surface loss at upper left above "Bear."
