If you zoom in, you can almost read the hand of cards held by the young man to nearest to the right of the tent, who looks very much like the young man to the right of him, who looks like he is just about to play a queen. The only thing out of focus is the face of the man seated by himself, who almost seems as if lifted in from another scene entirely. At far right, a tower of three rifles.
5 1/4" x 4 1/4". Wear at upper left corner, a little bumping to the rest, and a little staining around the edges, but overall good condition. Late 19th c I believe.
