The perfect valentine for one's favorite girl. There is really no better red than the red of this paint as it shows on tin, either. Mid 19th century, with stencil painted lettering; decorative dashes above and below, and a terrific patina. A really charming example.
2 3/4" d x 3 5/8" across at handle x 2" t. General wear to the paint showing spots of silver beneath. And with the paint perfectly worn away at the top of handle from being held.
