Pair of Antique Graphite Drawings on Houses on Folded Paper

I'm selling this/these as found, two separate drawings on one folded sheet of paper, but they could be very easily divided in to two. Graphite on rag type paper, late 19th/very early 20th century,  I just think they're lovely and satisfying drawings that feel like portraits, precise and specific, but drawn freehand, which makes they feel warmly personal too.

 Paper size, as folded in half: 7" x 5 3/4". Easily cut down the middle to yield two 7" x 5 3/4" drawings. Excellent condition.
