I will never tire of antique folk art watercolors of flowers--largely painted by women and girls and a lot about close looking, and as was explicitly noted on a watercolor of an iris by a different maker that I listed last week, in many cases these were of flowers women "raised" themselves--several points of pride at once. I really like the attention paid to the petals and "beard" on this single bloom, treated a bit like a scientific specimen!
Paper 7 5/8" x 6 1/4". Very good condition, with a few minor stains/toning spots and bit of toning around the edges of the paper.
