Willis Hutchinson 1883 Pair of Maps of Home Town + Note

This pair--one a map of "the block," the other a note with map of town on the back indicating the location of "our house" should the recipient of the note want to come "surprise us"--I found along with a small sketchbook by a Willis Hutchinson, dated 1883-84, filled with drawings of people and houses and animals and ships and all sorts of other little things. Based on the names of streets and their configuration here,  I believe our Willis likely lived in Port Jefferson in Suffolk County, NY, on the North Shore of Long Island. Wilis’ name and the year 1883 appears on one page of the sketcbook, which the last photo below details. 

Note/map measures 5: x 2 7/8". Larger map: 5 1/8" x 5".  Overall very good condition, with an old fold line down the center of larger map.
